tedwordsThe high point of the day yesterday (because it's important to mention these things): Tiger was named "Star of the Week" at school, and asked to fill out information about who he is. His bio was hysterically skimpy. It basically said, "I have two sisters. I have two cats and a dog. My favorite color is green." But in that pile of material, one question stood out, for me. "Who do you admire?" Tiger wrote down...you guessed it..."my dad."
"Tiger, that is so nice!" I said. "You just made my day, you know." And he shrugged. "I couldn't think of anyone to name," he said, and looked down to the ground.
The high point of the day today: A few months ago, I learned that the asshat lighting designer I had to deal with last year quit the college. That was good news, but the best news is that they've replaced him temporarily with the sound people that I introduced last year! They're total professionals, and this show is going to be great! Now, if only I could work out my costume dilemmas...
