I don't know...I read the original first chapter to Amelia, and fell in love with it all over again. For me, it draws one into the story, and you get a sense of why Amelia's important and who she's about right from the start. I don't know if that's accomplished in the revised, combined first chapter.

On another note, is it just me, or have I heard all about this "Advice from Dear Abby" letter that appeared this past week?
