Jul. 25th, 2004 05:13 pmI woke up to a phone call from my Dad.
"Nana's in the hospital," he said. "They say she has pneumonia, and it might not be good."
I just returned from the hospital, and I'm getting ready to go over to Corb's house for a birthday party. It hasn't been an easy day, needless to say. They indicated that Nana has either congestive heart failure or a very bad case of pneumonia. What they're concerned about is that it's happened so fast: yesterday, she was fine, and was shopping with Dad at K-Mart. Dad says she hasn't looked as good in quite a while.
Tommy's a wreck, Kerrie's holding up well, Dad's not looking too good. It's going to be an interesting few days.
