A Close Shave.

tedwordsAs I was driving home from work last night, listening to the great news about the rescue of the miners in Chili, I heard one of the announcers on National Public Radio say, "And it turns out that the miners were actually shaving down below!"
Now, that kind of struck me as odd. Why in the world would the Chilean miners be thinking so much about manscaping during their ordeal? I mean, sure, proper grooming is a necessity in these metrosexual times, but seriously. Maybe it was a stress reaction?
Oh wait. What's that? Oh, she was talking about the fact that they were able to shave their faces every day during their ordeal, while trapped underground?

Never mind.
