tedwordsI am totally loving the buzz about Dick Cheney accidently shooting a man that's spreading through Live Journal-land.

"Since about 200 people sent the link to me, I feel rather obligated to comment on the Dick Cheney Near-Massacre. Seriously. A 22, Dick? For hunting? If you don't use a sawed-off, you can't call yourself a Texan. Get to the brokeback of the cowboy line.
Here's what you do -- see that guy with the big ears looking like a close relation to the orangutan sitting behind that big desk in the Oval Office? Aim for him next time. I've said this before and I'll say it again: two bullets in the gun are worth one in Bush."
I don't think you can put it much better than that, although I did find it odd that Cheney had invited Bill and Hillary, John Kerry, Russell Feingold, and Howard Dean to go out hunting with him. They should have known that something was up. I guess the ranch he was staying at had depleted their supply of local Democrats for hunting practice...leave it to Cheney to take things into his own hands...it's so hard to find good help nowadays.
