I don't think there's any question who I'll be voting for tomorrow, but the question that I have is, are all the LJ friends I have who can vote actually voting?

This election appears to be the closest one ever, and if you care about where this country is headed, you just can't remain apathetic. This year, every vote counts--EVEN FROM DEAD PEOPLE!

Ahem. Seriously, this is a very important election, and I can't imagine anyone not wanted to have their say in America's future. So whether you agree with my ultra-conservative (YEAH, RIGHT) views or not, please take the time to make your voice heard. Think about it this way: if your guy loses, at least you'll have the pleasure of whining about it for the next four years.

And if my guy loses? If I wake up Wednesday morning and Bush has been reelected? Well, just keep in mind, kids, I'm on my way to Disney world by plane at four in the morning that day. A little Mickey better go a long way to salvaging this broken heart...

God bless America! Oh, and in the spirit of tomorrow, I'll share with you a little song I wrote for a play a few years ago, which is sung to "Hail to the Chief." It was written for a murder mystery I produced called "To Kill A Queen." No, I wasn't the queen, thank you very much for asking.

Hail to the Queen, 'cause she's really really powerful
And she will kill us if we don't sing this song!
Oh, how we hate her, she's made our lives so miserable
But as long as she's in charge we'll have to sing along
