tedwordsI just received a call this afternoon from the apartment complex: turns out they made a mistake and offered us the wrong apartment! The one that is coming available is on a totally different street, and doesn't have a view of the pond or have a balcony.
There are two other places that are available in the next month, although both are on the third floor, not the second. But they do have balconies and the pond view. I guess this isn't a huge deal, although it won't be as convenient (the other place was "supposed" to be next door.)
In other news, looks like Corb picked up his new car today. Yeah! Of course, he's going through the hassle of getting it all insured and registered, and paying for all that. Looks as though we'll both be extremely broke this week-end.
