tedwordsThe worst has past! These past new nights have been hell, because my lighting guy is a bit...um, tempermental to say the least. He's actually a decent guy, just a bit fussy about things.
Last night was a horror show. We didn't get through Act One and everyone was feeling pretty crummy by the end. Tonight we got through all that we planned, and it looked and sounded--and FELT--terrific.
Okay, I'm exhausted. On top of everything else, Corb's car broke down off Exit 12 last night and I drove to help him out, and didn't arrive home until three in the morning. We sat in my car, in a particularly deserted stretch of road, waiting for AAA to arrive, trading ghost stories, while the wind howled outside, and delicious shivers ran through my body.
