tedwordsJust came back from my grandmother's birthday party at my sister Kerrie's.
a) My family is a bunch of snobs, and b) I really felt as though I were the star member of a pariah group. I have never felt more alone than this past year, and never more so than today.
Okay, but I have to rise above it. "Life's not fair--get over it!" That's why martinis were invented.
And it was nice seeing my brother's son, Jack.
