Well, staying cooped up in my apartment last night did force me to be somewhat productive. I called my cast on my cell phone driving home on 95 (probably not the smartest thing to do, in retrospect, but I didn't want to wait for the hour-long drive to make the calls and risk that people had started to make their way to rehearsal).

So of course I got to watch American Idol (that Lea chick is so out of their, at least, I hope), and put together my costume chart for my meeting with the designer next week. I've actually been researching this and printing out pictures of fashion in English society in the 1880s. Some of my ideas for the Board of Directors include fashion worn possibly a few decades earlier, but this play contains so many implausible elements that I'm certain a few anachronisms here or there aren't going to sink the ship.

Still, I probably could have done more. I've been beating myself up a lot about that lately. I just don't feel as though I'm accomplishing as much as I should be. Even typing this entry, I feel somewhat guilty.

One thing I am not feeling guilty about are my conversations with [livejournal.com profile] nicagerson. Our talks are feeding my soul, my baby!

Kids are over tonight, and Annie (my oldest) might be coming (although not sleeping over). I deliberately saved the Taco Bell nachos just for her.
