tedwordsI've got to get caught up on my reading. I'm in the middle of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire , picked up the next edition of Susan Cooper's The Darkness Is Rising series last week that I needed...I really want to read Big Lies: the Right Wing Propoganda Machine, and how it distorts the truth to get me all pumped for the Presidential election, and also want to fit in The DaVinci Code when I get a moment.
On the plus side, I did watch Pink Flamingos last night. It truly is the sickest, most vile movie in the history of the world. I finished it up this morning, and received a "wrong number" call while a girl was being violated by a chicken. I can only imagine hat the person as thinking.
It's great fun, especially if you're drunk, even if there is way too much dialog, and the acting and film treatment is terribly amateurish.
Speaking of amateurish, why do I have this urge to see Raiders of the Lost Arc: the Adaptation ? It sounds more interesting than the original.
