Goodnight, sweet Dreamy

On the plus side, after about ten days in a dream state, Tommy woke up a few days ago. His first words to his wife Lisa were "I love you" and he asked for a kiss.

He is recovering, although there is a long road ahead.

In sad news, tonight I learned that one of my dearest LJ friends, dreamcowgirl , passed away. Dreamy became really close to ljinsomnia and me during our separation period, and we both have such fond memories of her. She helped Josie through some really rough periods.  

This was back in the time where you sometimes felt like you knew your Live Journal friends better than your "real life" friends. Remember those times? Back when you'd open up your soul to complete strangers and you could forge connections that would last for years? There was period where Dreamy went though every entry I wrote for three years straight and commented on every single post. Just to be supportive, because she knew I was feeling down about my writing. 

She was an incredibly kind soul. 

Goodnight, sweet Dreamy. You will be missed greatly.
