Day 37

It's been a cold and dreary couple of days..snowed out on Monday, which should not be happening in April. So, the cooped in on top of the crummy weather has been making things kind of depressing. 

But OH! On Sunday, we found a ton of toilet paper. So maybe the silly toilet paper crisis is ending. Corb totally became one of THOSE people. The limit was one twelve pack package per person. He went in, discovered it, and then made me go in to buy another 12 pack. And then he went in again.

Needles to say, I suspect we won't have any worries about being reduced to using our hands for the rest of this pandemic (I hope I hope)

Attempted a family phone call with the siblings and mom and dad that same day. It didn't go well. Well, it was actually really fun, but Laurie didn't show up because..well, Laurie, and Mom and Dad didn't show up. I should have known they wouldn't because a half an hour before the scheduled meeting Mom called me up to say, "What are the odds that this will actually happen?"

I did try to teach mom and dad zoom after the call. They really aren't wanting to do it. It's mom, I suspect...she hates looking at herself on camera.

Oh! And same Sunday, Ashes wrote to Josie to tell her Dan told her he loves her. She said "I love you too." Oh, if only this could truly be love in the time of corinavirus! 

I won't go planning my office out of her bedroom just yet, however. DO NOT GET YOUR HOPES UP, TED.
