Just a horrible turn of events in Aurora, Colorado. I have to admit, I find the details that are coming about to be so fascinating. What kind of freak would try to turn himself into the Joker. But I have to say, the minute I heard what had taken place this morning, that's what I thought was going on.

For me, the conversation on Facebook centered around life imitating art, but a few of my more right wing friends took offense to that, reading something political into what I wrote. Which really wasn't the point of my post at all. My dear friend gwendraith got caught in the crossfire with one particularly rabid right wing...well, not friend...but not enemy. She held her own admirably. In fact, she put her right in her place. I love that woman!
