So, I've finished reading a good book on the life of Danton (and found far too many parallels between then and now that kind of scare me.)

Where to now? I have a book about the transformation of the British monarchy in the 1600s, but I kind of want something a bit more keeping with the spirit of the season. So, I could pick up Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, which I put down at page 272 about three years ago, or read the sequel to "A Great and Terrible Beauty," or even finish up M Is for magic, Neil Gaiman's collection of short stories. Or, I could finally read Bill Clinton's autobiography. All this talk on Yahoo about the best president since FDR has put me in a huge Bill mood...
