Jan. 19th, 2006 03:52 pmThis morning I was awoken at six in the morning by the buzzer, realized I had twenty more minutes to sleep, and slammed the buzzer off.
Ninety minutes later, Ashes woke me up..."Ummm...Dad?"
Needless to say, I was rushing out the door, and she was late to school. It makes me grateful, again, that this will be my last show in a while--I forgot how tired I get in the morning, after spending the night after the kids go to bed working on theater stuff!

I was able to catch last night's episode of American Idol . As everyone knows, I'm a big fan of the show, and I'll be doing a lot of taping during rehearsals, so I can catch the episodes I'll be missing...much to Corbett's chagrin.

Speaking if bangs, it's interesting to see that the Vatican is reaffirming its opposition to the intelligent design theory. According to its spokesman, "Intelligent design does not belong to science and there is no justification for the demand (that) it be taught as a scientific theory alongside the Darwinian explanation." Ya think?
