The appraiser is here to evaluate the house. Wish us luck! This whole refinancing process is way too long and drawn out, this time, especially with the play going on, but if it works out, it'll make life a lot easier. Papa wants to have a good summer!

...and why is it, I ask you, that I'm afraid to take a crap with the appraiser walking around the house? He's all done with me, and the interior, and simply walking around the grounds, and I have to go REALLY bad. But I'm terrified that the minute I go into my sanctum sanctorium (or rather, Josie's), he'll come knocking on the door with a question. This is painful!
