Hey, here's what's been keeping me smiling today. My friend Joycey continues to send me hysterical stuff that's so much better than your typical chain email of dumb jokes. Her "10 Worst Album Covers of All Time" from last week still makes me. This one's pretty good, too...

bluedevilsf, "Dear Catastrophe Waitress" is growing on me big time, like mutant fungus. I love "Step Into My Office, Baby," "You Don't Send Me," and "Asleep on a Sunbeam." The album really does remind me of something from Brian Wilson with an English accent (or to quote Belle and Sebastian directly, "I love my Brian, Dennis, and Carl"). I still don't know if it has the feeling of completeness I get from "Fold Your Hands, Child," but it's pretty darn good!
