Okay, here's my mission this morning: cut down my article on Child Seat Safety from 1100 words to 300 words in fourty minutes, before I have to go downstairs to deliver a webex presentation.

I hear that on Janet Jackson's new album, she's topless. Well, I'm glad to hear that her other tit will finally get the exposure it deserves.

Auditions went...ah, okay last night. Better turnout during the opening round. But at the last minute, my friend Nicole called and I convinced her husband David to audition as Jekyll/Hyde. He's terrific! With him in place, this will truly be a good show. Nicole's a good actress/singer, too, and she's trying out Saturday as well.

Now I just need a good stage manager, and I'm all set. But rehearsals don't start for three weeks, so no worries.

Dreamster, thanks for the box! I opened it after I came back from auditions and had a huge smile going from ear to ear!

For those who aren't in the know my buddy dreamcowgirl has been working on a unique journaling project. She's purchased an absolutely beautiful journal that she's mailing out to participating LJ-ers, who can add entries, objects, or keepsakes, and then mail back to her for shipment to the next name on Beth's list.

I was the recipient yesterday but she also packed so much more...candy...CDs she burned (she's also a talented DJ), my first and only Valentine's Day (not having someone permanent so sucks), and Tuesday's episode of American Idol! I was a total fag over all these things, let me tell you.
