Simple pleasures

tedwordsI'm convinced that the little things in life make it worth living.
I let Tiger stay out of school sick this morning, because he was walking around the apartment, hacking and moaning. Corb looked after his, but had to go to work for three, so I had to leave work early.
So, here I am with the rest of the afternoon in front of me, and the evening all alone. Which means: video games this afternoon, writing in the evening! Tiger's in one bedroom on Play Station, I'm in the other, playing Game Cube. Let me tell you, I just slipped into my pajamas and snuggled into my bed, and when the blankets wrapped around my toes, I shivered contentedly, and thought to myself, "This is heaven."
