Just started the practice of writing morning pages, and handwriting three pages came a lot easier than I thought. Even though, unfortunately, the only paper available on my desk was a yellow legal pad with really small lines. Still, it only took a little over a half an hour, and why do I feel that I was able to express myself really freely, and write about issues and fears that I never would have tackled in my online journal? Yes, believe it or not, there are things that I do not put down in this journal...and I'm not sure why...
