tedwordsLast evening we had a constuctive rehearsal.
We started out by reviewing music with Tony, then Judee and Courtney choreographed the remainder of Facade. Then I actually got to step away from my head chef role and actually start to work with the actors on blocking. This took us until ten, at which point we went out to have a few drinks. I consumed a few Cosmos and broke away from Tony and Pete (who were trading teaching war stories) to hang around with the girls on the other end of the table.
Today we prepped with the CEO for her magazine profile. I am so pleased that this fell into my lap. To make things even sweeter, I managed to set up the one photograph of her yesterday that's been approved by her assistant in two years!!! Even then, she just shrugged and said, "Mmm, that's not bad."
Tonight I take the kids to see that Scooby Doo thing. It's a gorgeous day and I hope I can get in a lot of sun this weekend! The ribs are starting to feel much better.
