Or something like that. For the record, I have every intention of getting through this one just fine. But oh, man! Do my ribs hurt. I had to go to work today, because we have a big release going out tomorrow, and I have to meet with the costume designer for the show tonight. Which means I really only had one day of medication (although I'll give myself a grown-up pill before bed tonight).
In addition to a few broken ribs, a few knocks on the heart this weekend, too, but I'm learning two things from this experience: I'm strong, and I can accomplish whatever I need to on my own. In some ways, this has been a life-affirming experience.
